Until now, the Reference was mainly structured by technical resources. With this update, endpoints are grouped by product or payment solution, aligning the documentation with how developers integrate Mercado Pago into their applications.

What’s changing?
The new API Reference menu allows you to navigate the documentation based on the product you are integrating, whether it’s checkouts, in-person payments, or post-sale solutions such as Reports.

Each product includes in its expandable menu the endpoints required to implement that solution.

Why this change?
This new organization allows you to:

• Reduce the time spent searching within the documentation
• Explore related APIs within the same product
• Facilitate onboarding for new developers

This improvement builds on the renewed API Reference experience released at the end of 2025, which introduced new tools for visualizing requests, responses, and errors. The result is an API Reference with simplified access, optimized navigation, and designed for quick consultation or testing.
