\# Configure payment methods By default, all payment methods available with Mercado Pago are activated once the cartridge for Salesforce Commerce Cloud has been installed. However, you can deactivate the payment methods you do not want to offer in your store. You can also configure the name assigned to each payment method. Choose the payment method you want to configure and follow the steps. :::::TabsComponent ::::TabComponent{title="Checkout Pro"} This solution allows you to make payments within a Mercado Pago environment, with redirection to a Mercado Pago payment site. Customers can pay even without having a Mercado Pago account and, if they have one, they can pay with their saved payment methods. With Checkout Pro, you can offer payments with credit or debit cards, Mercado Pago Account, PSE, and Efecty. You can identify Checkout Pro payments with the ID \*\*"MERCADOPAGO\_CHECKOUT\_PRO"\*\*. > NOTE > > To perform integration tests with these payment methods, contact your Mercado Pago advisor. :::: ::::TabComponent{title="Credit card payments"} You can offer payments with credit and debit cards, payment with two cards, and offline payment methods through Mercado Pago's Checkout API. With this solution, customers shop in your store without having to be redirected to an external page. It provides greater control in the customization and integration process and offers a complete structure for processing payments with the main methods available in the market. You can identify credit card payments with the ID \*\*"MERCADOPAGO\_CREDIT\_CARD"\*\*. > NOTE > > To perform integration tests with these payment methods, contact your Mercado Pago advisor. :::: ::::TabComponent{title="Offline payment methods"} Offline payment methods are options that allow the buyer to generate a voucher and pay it at enabled payment points. You can offer payments with Efecty. You can identify offline payment method payments with the ID \*\*"MERCADOPAGO\_METHODS\_OFF"\*\*. ### Configure expiration period You can customize the expiration period, that is, the time customers will have from when they make the purchase until they make the payment with an offline payment method. To do this, follow these steps. 1\. Go to the configuration panel, clicking on \*\*Administration > Merchant Tools > Site Preferences > Custom Preferences\*\*. 2\. In the \*\*Name\*\* column, go to the \*\*Methods Off expiration time\*\* option. 4\. In the \*\*Value\*\* column, select the time you want to set as the expiration period. 5\. Go to the configuration panel, clicking on \*\*Administration > Merchant Tools > Orders > Payment Methods\*\*. 2\. In the table, you can find the following columns: a. \*\*ID:\*\* Shows the technical name of the payment method according to the installed cartridge configuration. b. \*\*Name:\*\* Indicates the name with which the payment method is displayed. c. \*\*Enabled:\*\* Allows you to choose whether or not you want to enable that payment method. d. \*\*Sort Order:\*\* Assigns an order number for how the payment method will be displayed in your store. 3\. Go to the configuration panel, in \*\*Administration > Merchant Tools > Orders > Payment Methods\*\*. 2\.
