Checkout Pro is Mercado Pago’s redirect checkout. With this solution, the customer chooses the product or service in your store, pays in Mercado Pago’s secure environment with saved payment methods, and is automatically returned to your store.

This payment method already includes card payments, account balance payments and offline payment methods.

Follow the steps below to set up the Mercado Pago Checkout Pro app from your store’s admin panel.

1. In your store admin, go to Settings > Payment methods.
2. Find Mercado Pago in the payment methods list.
3. In the payment methods list, click Edit settings next to the Mercado Pago plugin.

4. At the bottom of the page, click More settings on the Mercado Pago site. This will redirect you to the Mercado Pago Panel Administrativo.

5. In the Mercado Pago Panel Administrativo, in the Checkout Pro section, turn on the Mercado Pago option.
6. Click Configure to define the payment types.

7. Choose the payment methods you want to offer in Mercado Pago’s payment environment:

• Credit card. Select the brands you want to enable and, below, set the maximum number of installments allowed for installment purchases. To set up installments without interest, see Discounts.

8. Finally, click Save changes.

Done! The Mercado Pago Checkout Pro app has been set up successfully and is ready to process payments for your store.

1. In your store admin, go to Settings > Payment methods.
2. Find Mercado Pago in the payment methods list.
3. In the payment methods list, click Edit settings next to the Mercado Pago plugin.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click More settings on the Mercado Pago site.
5. In the checkouts Admin Panel, find the Checkout Pro payment method and click Configure.
6. Here you can set the maximum number of installments in which your customers can pay using Checkout Pro.
