VTEX Subscriptions

To install VTEX Subscriptions, access the store's administrative panel on the left side of the screen and follow the steps below.

1. Go to Apps > Extensions Hub > App Store.
2. Type "VTEX Subscriptions" in the search bar and, when you find it, click on the application.

3. On the screen with the application details, click Get App.
4. Once the application is downloaded, click Install App.
5. Accept the Terms and Conditions of Service.

Once the process is completed, VTEX Subscriptions will be installed and you can continue with the payment methods configuration.

To configure the payment methods accepted for subscriptions, access the store's administrative panel on the left side of the screen and follow the steps below.

1. Go to Store Settings > Orders > Subscription Payments.
2. Activate the payment methods you want to make available for recurring charges using the slider button.
3. Click Save.

With this, you will have already activated the payment methods for recurring charges, and you can proceed to configure the subscription plans to complete the implementation.

To configure subscription plans, access the store's administrative panel on the left side of the screen and follow the steps below.

1. Go to Orders > Subscriptions > Plans. If you don't find this option, use the search bar and type "Plans".
2. Click New plan.

3. In the Configuration tab, complete the required fields to activate a new subscription plan:
   • Identification: assign a name and identification to the plan.
   • Allowed frequency: click add frequency and choose the recurrence you want to assign to the plan (daily, weekly, monthly, or annual) along with the execution period of that recurrence.
4. Click Add.

5. Go to the Associated Products tab and select how you want to include the products that will be part of the subscription plan:
   • Manually, selecting one by one and clicking Add.
   • By clicking Import table and attaching an .XSL file to import a list.
6. Click Save.
